The hotel had a really nice and cool vibe, with a new and modern feel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The location was also perfect, right next to Chinatown, the train station, and a shopping center. It was easy to go around the city from there.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Chinatown, just opposite the MRT station. The convenience of being so close to both the city center and the bustling Chinatown is unbeatable. The rooms are not huge, but they are very comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is also very kind and helpful.
The only minor aspect that could be improved is the breakfast setup, as it would be better if it was all buffet-style.

The hotel's location in the heart of Chinatown is perfect, with easy access to the MRT station just a stone's throw away. being situated next to a mall that stays open until 9pm is convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I was really surprised by the additional à la carte meal included.

The housekeeping staff always made sure to ask if we needed our room cleaned or more water. The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying delicious street food at any time of the day, and the staff at the hotel lobby were very friendly and helpful. The convenience of being reachable by car and MRT made exploring the city easy.
Though the hotel lacked a boiling pot in the room, we were able to easily request hot water from the restaurant.
